Make a list of things you like about yourself or even a list of compliments other people give you.Hang it on your mirror so that you will look at the positive instead of bad.
Stop judging others! It makes you feel a lot better. Trust me.
Get rid of scales. I haven't used a scale for a few years now and it makes me feel a lot better about myself. Also, realize that the whole height to weight thing is just stupid.
Stop with the "thinspo".Not everybody is meant to be a size zero or look like Victorias secret models. Its unrealistic. Most of the women in those photos are way photoshopped anyway.
Get dressed up. We all like getting dressed up. It makes us feel beautiful and confident. So why not just get dressed up all the time?
Embrace awkwardness.It makes you who you are. I have no problem with my awkwardness. Its just who i am and i love it.
Don't worry so much about what people think of you.No matter what you look like, you will always be judged. So stop trying to impress everybody, its impossible to please everybody.
Exercise in a fun way. Spend the day walking at Disneyland or go to a party and dance all night. Having fun and exercising at the same time always makes me feel good!
Stop being so negative. Try to look at the positives.
Change it up! Get a haircut, try a new lipstick or maybe just wear something different.
No matter what, just love yourself. Remember you are always good enough. And you are perfect just the way you are.
